A reflection...

A few days ago, I was responsible to manage a short but hectic project in Taiwan. I perceived it as a litmus test for my capability as TC to handle logistics operations on the ground. I remember last year, I was given a mammoth task in Doha, Qatar... a year has passed...

Overall, my performance was rated good. Alhamdulillah. Nevertheless, there are numerous occassions which need improvement, especially in coordination and communication, for smoothen the overall programme.

I must be able to make quick but right decisions, smart to use common sense, must be well prepared, well versed and familiar with all things. Do not assume or make up things. It will backfire. My leadership and crisis management must be at tip top. Able to mobilise all available resources to get the best result, and get things done. Mental and physical strength were also important to manage yourself. Be creative and innovative along the given boundary.

Above all, I took things positively for improvements and maintain excellent work done. Takdelah teruk sangat, cuma scratches here and there, just temporary cuts... :-)
